Multi Resolution Twin Satellites

IRS 1C and IRS 1D are twin satellites launched in 1995 and 1997.  The satellites contain 3 sensors PAN, LISS-3, and WiFS, witch collect panchromatic multispectral imagery in at varying resolutions.  IRS 1D is currently operational, well past its design life.
